چکیده

Liu & Shen, 2003,2004 Syst. Res. RESEARCHPAPER presented to relevant partners at the interface side. In most of the current studies these views are generally generated and disclosed by the provider, without the involvement of external partners, who can do nothing but accept them passively. What if the provided view is not appropriate or enough for them? What if they require additional information about their partners? Each player in the collaboration needs to understand more about its function and position in the overall workflow, not just performing duties as assigned. Hence, to improve the cooperation efficiency of the cross-organizational workflow, we would consider process abstraction from the viewpoints of both ‘addresser’ and ‘addressee’. The work of Eshuis and Grehen (2008) made a progress in this direction, although what they proposed to do in the phase of Copyright 2009 JohnWiley & Sons,Ltd. Modellingand AnalysisTechniques customization is only to hide and combine some redundant activities in the process view provided for consumers.
